Step 3 – Payment

We are looking forward to seeing you in February.  It is going to be a lot of fun!  Final step is to send in your payment.

• $250 Early Bird registration fee if payment is received by October 31, 2018
• $295 Regular registration fee is due by December 5, 2018

You have two payment options.  You may pay via PayPal (see link below) or mail a check. If you elect to pay by check, then mail it to:

This is a not-for-profit meeting, and the registration fees cover the costs of facility, catering, and miscellaneous organizing expenses.  Fee includes Friday reception, Saturday refreshment breaks and boxed lunch, Saturday night dinner, Sunday refreshment breaks and boxed lunch.  The registration fee does not cover Monday’s hands-on Farm Day at Silver Moon Iberians in Ocala.

Refund policy:  Cancellation refund available, less $50 administration fee, through December 5th only if we are able to fill your place with someone from the waiting list.  No refunds after the December 5th closing deadline.
